Public Sector Pioneer Network

“Transparent, responsive, and accountable institutions
are a vital part of what it takes to improve people’s lives
and implement a sustainable development agenda.”
Helen Clark, Administrator, UNDP

This network has been established for organizations in the public sector to explore why and how the public sector should be adopting <IR>. Participants in the network share views and experiences on how <IR> can be adapted to be fit for purpose for the public sector, with the end goal of improving transparency and building trust.

Organizations already signed up include the World Bank Group, UNDP, the City of London Corporation, the Wales Audit Office and UK government departments.

The network is an opportunity for public sector organizations to use <IR> to understand and clarify the connectivity of the information they already publish. It focuses on how they can adapt the International <IR> Framework to present a more complete and coherent picture.
