Graham Ward CBE

Graham is a Director and Member of the UK Civil Aviation Authority, an Honorary Officer of the World Energy Council and a Trustee of two educational charities. His term of office as the first Chief Commissioner of the Independent Commission for Aid Impact came to an end on 30 June 2015. He is also a member of the International Committee of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

He is a former: President of IFAC; Partner and World Utilities Leader of PwC; President of the ICAEW; Deputy Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council; Vice Chairman of the Auditing Practices Board; Member of the Takeover Panel; Vice Chair of the World Energy Council; Vice Chairman of the UK-India Business Council; and Chair of the Power Sector Advisory Group of UK Trade & Investment.

In 2004 Graham was appointed CBE for services to exports.”
