Herman Mulder

Herman Mulder is currently, inter alia, an Executive Fellow of the Duisenberg School of Finance (focusing on the financial sector and  its responsible value chains), Chairman (and co-initiator) of the Board of True Price Foundation (developing Integrated P&L, considering 4-6 Capitals),  Independent Member of the Dutch NCP for the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises,  Member of the Board of Worldconnectors NL,  member of the Advisory Board of TEEB, Advisor to SERIMVO (the CSR Committee of the Social Economic Council in NL).  Mr Mulder is a member of the Jury of the VBDO Supply Chain Management Award.

Mr Mulder was from 2008 and until early 2015 a Board member of GRI and in the period 2011-2013 its Chairman (when G4 was launched), as well as a member of the IIRC Council.

He is a former Director-General, Head Group Risk Management at ABN AMRO Bank  (1998-2006) and Global Head of Structured Finance (1995-1998). He was the initiator of the Equator Principles (2002/2003), initiator and first Chairman of the ABN AMRO Foundation and vice-Chairman of the ABN AMRO India Foundation.  After his retirement from ABN AMRO in 2006 he was inter alia board member of Utz Certified (certification coffee, cocoa), BiD Network (entrepreneurial development), Consensus Building Institute (CBI). He was Senior Advisor to WBCSD, Global Compact, Taellberg Foundation, OXFAM NL, Club de Madrid. He was member of the jury of the FT/IFC Sustainable Finance Award (2008-2012)

He is a frequent speaker, lecturer and author on the issues of  sustainable business /finance.

He is a Knight in the Order of Oranje-Nassau.
