Jane Diplock, AO

Jane Diplock AO, is a professional international company director. She has chaired and been a member of many boards and committees in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

She currently Chairs the Abu Dhabi Global Market Regulatory Committee, is a non Executive Director of Singapore Exchange Limited and a Director of Singapore Regulation Pty Ltd. She is an Ambassador for the World Benchmarking Alliance and a Member of the Public interest Oversight Board. Jane is also a Director of Australian Financial Services Group and sits on the Advisory Board of the Malaysian Alliance of Company Directors.

Previously she was Chair of the Executive Committee of the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) for seven years, and chairman of the new Zealand Securities Commission for nine years, following an executive career in banking and public service.

She was awarded the Honour of Officer of the Order of Australia in 2003.
