Thomas Roundell Greene

Associate Director, Global Sustainability

Tom has worked in the field of sustainability for more than 15 years with a focus on strategy, policy and reporting.Tom is currently responsible for overseeing JLL’s sustainability reporting efforts, including production of the firm’s award-winning sustainability report, leading on Integrated Reporting efforts, submissions to indices such as CDP and DJSI, and supporting global business development activities. Tom has contributed to a number of thought leadership publications and round tables, particularly focusing on Integrated Reporting.

Prior to joining JLL, Tom worked for the Civil Service for 12 years in a number of roles including sustainable development policy advisor to the Cabinet Office and Prime Minister’s Office. In this role he was responsible for the formulation and delivery of sustainability strategy including target setting, delivery and forecasting. He lead on a number of projects during this time including climate change adaptation, carbon reduction planning, carbon offsetting, supply chain impact identification and the integration and mainstreaming of sustainability into business planning and policymaking.

Tom holds a degree in philosophy from the University of Reading.
