Welington Rocha

President and CEO

Welington Rocha received his batchelor’s degree from the University of São Paulo. He earned both masters and PhD degrees in Accountancy, focused on Strategic Cost Management. He is currently the supervisor of USP Cost Management Laboratory.

Professor Rocha is a faculty member of the Department of Accountancy and Actuarial Science, School of Economics, Business and Accountancy, at the University of São Paulo.

He is the author and co-author of 46 articles published in journals and over 40 papers presented in national and international conferences. He is president of Fipecafi – a Brazilian private foundation for accounting research, whose purpose is providing support to the Accountancy Department of the University of São Paulo.
