Zubair Wadee

Director

Zubair is a director at WithNova and lectures at the University of the Witwatersrand. He is a corporate reporting, governance and accounting specialist, having spent 18 years as a director at PricewaterHouseCoopers Inc in South Africa

Zubair also spends time working on corporate governance matters, which is best reflected in his involvement with the Corporate Governance Network (CGN) of the Institute of Directors (IODSA). He has previously served on various committees that provide technical input to standard setters and regulators in South Africa.

He is a past convenor of judges for the Integrated Report Awards which is hosted by the Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa and the JSE and is currently one of the judges for the aforementioned awards.
