A4S/IIRC webinars 2019

A4S and the IIRC are organizing a series of webinars in 2019 to support finance teams to address the practical issues of integrating information from across the capitals to enhance their financial processes and decision making.

These webinars, based on the A4S Essential Guide series, introduce practical concepts, tools and case studies covering a number of different topics : (a) Enhancing Investor Engagement, (b) Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, (c) Capex, (d) Managing Future Uncertainty, (e) Natural and Social Capital Accounting, (f) Social and Human Capital Accounting, (g) Finance Culture, (h) Debt Finance.

These guides have been published by the A4S CFO Leadership Network to support the adoption of integrated thinking and management, helping organizations embed extra-financial considerations into their strategy, culture and processes.

At each webinar (one hour session), Helen Slinger, Executive Director at A4S, will provide insights from the related A4S Essential Guide and a case study from an A4S CFO Leadership Network member. These presentations will be followed by a Q&A session during which our speakers will gladly answer your questions or comments.
