Integrated thinking manager, Connectivity and Integrated Reporting
Elena Sofra is Integrated thinking Manager within the IFRS Foundation’s Connectivity and Integrated Reporting Team. She organizes, manages and implements outreach to stakeholders on the Integrated Thinking Principles and the integrated thinking resources in order to encourage adoption. She also provides practical support to the Integrated Thinking & Strategy group, which consists of around 40 companies and knowledge partners. The focus of the group is to offer world-renowned and innovative organisations the opportunity to share thinking about developing strategy across multiple capitals, learn from world leaders and co-create a common view of integrated thinking that is globally relevant to help build resilient, future-fit businesses. Moreover, Elena Sofra supports the execution of the VRF’s strategy for engaging with the accountancy profession.
In her previous roles Elena has been assistant to the Integrated Thinking & Strategy group. Moreover, she has worked as Project Manager and Senior Consultant within a consultancy firm on several projects focused on fostering integrated reporting and thinking, as well as, assessing and supporting organisations’ non-financial reporting practices. She has also taken part in research projects which focused on impact, reporting tools and reporting standards.
