Vicky joined the IIRC in April 2017. Vicky is EA to CEO and has responsibilities across human resources. Her work at the IIRC began with assisting in the delivery of the <IR> Networks and <IR> Training Programme as well as providing support to the senior management team. Prior to joining the IIRC Vicky worked in Barts Health NHS Trust providing PA and office support to the Estates and Facilities Associate Directors.
Vicky also has experience in the HR department at Barts Health leading a HR data collection project and in the role of Staff Bank Bookings Coordinator, working to tight deadlines, sourcing doctors for unfilled shifts to ensure the hospitals were safely staffed.
